PROGRAM OUTCOMES:

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure: Graduates are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN exam to become licensed RNs.

Employment Opportunities: Graduates can work in various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and community health organizations.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Within a few years of graduation, graduates of the Generic Bachelor of Science in Nursing programme are expected to:

PEO-1: Deliver safe, competent, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care by integrating nursing knowledge, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practice across diverse healthcare settings.

PEO-2: Apply critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and sound professional judgment to assess patient needs, solve healthcare problems, and support quality patient outcomes.

PEO-3: Demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and professional ethics while collaborating with patients, families, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and communities.

Upon successful completion of the Generic BSN programme, graduates will be able to:

Degree Programs

Generic BS Nursing (GBSN)

4 Years Degree Program

Criteria: F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks

Age Limit: 14-35 years.

Gender Ratio: Open merit.

Domicile: All over Pakistan

Post RN B.Sc. Nursing

2 Years Degree Program

Criteria: 3 Years Diploma in General Nursing & 1 year Diploma in Midwifery for female and Post Basic Specialized Diploma for male

Age Limit: 14-35 years.

Gender Ratio: Open merit.

Diploma Programs

Diploma in ICU & CCU

1 Year Post Basic Specialized

Criteria: 3 Years Diploma in General Nursing

Valid: PNMC License

Gender Ratio: Both Male & Female can apply

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

2 Years Nursing Diploma Program

Criteria: F.Sc (Pre-Medical) minimum 45% Marks

Matric (Science): Minimum 45 % marks

Matric (Arts):With 50% Marks

Matric (Arts): With 50% Marks, FA with 50% Marks

Age Limit:14-35 years

Gender Ratio: Both Male & Female can apply
